Billing, refunds & cancellation.

These are our planned launch terms for Fair Drop’s standard monthly plans. This website currently accepts no payments. Final pricing and service availability will be shown before any paid subscription starts.

What you buy

You pay BODE GAME STUDIOS LLC for Fair Drop checkout-checking software. Starter is $49 USD per month with 50,000 checks; Growth is $199 USD per month with 500,000 checks. Extra checks cost $1 USD and $0.50 USD per 1,000, respectively, billed proportionally. Taxes may apply.

Counting checks

Passed and flagged checkout checks count toward usage. An exact retry of the same request and simulation tests do not. The included allowance applies to each monthly subscription period.

Digital delivery

No physical goods are shipped. Access is delivered online after availability is confirmed, onboarding is complete and the subscription is activated. We will confirm the activation schedule before payment. Your store needs a supported integration. The Shopify development pilot reviews orders after purchase; it does not block household repeats before payment.

Monthly renewals

Paid subscriptions renew monthly until canceled. Extra usage is not automatically charged in this release. Any future usage billing needs agreed limits and rates first. Plans do not automatically upgrade, and saving a plan choice does not start billing. Enterprise pricing and terms are agreed separately in writing.

Cancel anytime

Use Billing → Cancel test renewal to test cancellation in the app. Real paid plans are not open. If you cannot access your account, email support@shopfairdrop.com for help. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid month; access continues until then. Usage charges already incurred remain payable. The app shows whether test cancellation succeeded. Support will confirm any cancellation it handles; an error message is not a confirmation.

First-month refund

Request a refund within seven calendar days of your first monthly subscription charge. We will refund that subscription fee in full and cancel the subscription and access. Usage charges remain payable. This offer applies once per customer and does not cover renewals.

Billing mistakes

Contact us about duplicate or incorrect charges so we can investigate and correct them. Refunds are returned to the original payment method; bank processing time varies. Except for this first-month policy, billing corrections or where required by law, subscription charges are not refundable or prorated.

This policy does not limit rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
